The Hawkins Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Cook-n-Serve Handi combines the benefits of stainless steel cooking while reducing common issues like sticking and burning. The inner cooking surface is crafted from 18/8 food-grade (AISI 304) stainless steel, ensuring hygiene, durability, and resistance to food reactions.
A heavy-gauge aluminum core is sandwiched between stainless steel layers, distributing heat evenly without hot spots and retaining heat for faster cooking. The AISI 430-grade magnetic stainless steel base allows compatibility with all cooktops, including gas, induction, electric, ceramic, and halogen.
